Welcome to My Booking Site!❣️ Hey ladies! Thank you for choosing me as your stylist. Please read this entire page carefully before calling or texting me. Most of your questions will be answered here. 📅 Business Hours: Tuesday– Friday : 9AM–5PM Saturday: appointment only no squeeze in’s For appointments in my off days it’s an additional $100 for any service. Closed on Sundays & Mondays No calls, texts, or DMs will be responded to outside of business hours. ⚠️ Important Booking Guidelines: 💕Failure to read and follow booking rules may result in appointment cancellation or being banned from booking. 🎈All standard appointments include a regular wash & blow dry. $100 wig installs ( Birthday special please Have ID or proof of bday ) do NOT include a wash – please arrive already washed & blow-dried. 🫧🫧Hair-included services come with a deluxe wash package (Design Essentials mint shampoo + deep condition w/ steam). ✂️ Wig & Color Services: Lace must be dropped off 1–2 business days before your appointment. (Weekends don’t count as business days.) Coloring services for wigs/bundles must be booked 3 business days in advance. Regular fee: $75 Last-minute or same-day coloring: $125 (added to your appointment total). Please arrive dressed appropriately – photos/videos may be taken for marketing purposes. ⏰ Early/Late Appointments: Appointments booked before 9AM or after 5PM are considered Early Bird / After Hours and include a $50 fee, no exceptions. 👀 Wig Care & Quality Disclaimer: 🧶I only guarantee my work with quality products and hair. 🧰If you bring hair with synthetic fibers, thin wefts, bad lace, or poor quality, I will let you know before we start. ❣️If you choose to proceed, that’s your decision – but no refunds will be given. 🏓Please speak up before you leave the chair if anything needs to be fixed. I’m happy to correct anything I can control on the spot. 📍I do not offer free touchups for services that I didn’t provide the hair – if you need one, you must book and pay for a separate touch-up appointment. ❣️Hair included services come with 1 free touch up on lace and curl. Heir Paradise Cancellation Policy At Heir Paradise, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we ask that you honor the following cancellation guidelines: 📅 Cancellations & Reschedules: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to fill your spot and continue serving others. 💸 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
